I think it's more to do with having a new toy to play with Davie. He's only gone and got himself one of these new fangled Rocketballz malarkies. Apparently it helped him eagle one of the par fives.

I have some scores from NBS and JDandfries. Rounds 6 & 8 respectively.

Now that it is getting tight at the top and close to the finish I am not going to post any leaderboard updates to avoid the temptation of a magic pencil.

Not a great round but a 2 shot improvement for the eclectic.

One round to go: Will I finally get a par on the 5th?!?

My final round today and finished with a bang. 2 eagles and 7 birdies so 60 gross . Had a putt for a 59 on 18 but it lipped out. Still i can console myself with a healthy climb up the eclectic leaderboard.

My wife has been in the hospice for the last couple of weeks, and is still in, so I have no chance of playing any more rounds so will sit tight on my score

Final leaderboard will posted as soon as possible, for one the glory , for others a feeling of we wuz wobbed and for some, well thanks for taking part

No improvement with my last round on Saturday.

On Sunday, and for the third time in recent weeks, I parred the 5th hole on a non-nominated round. Frustrating, but it wouldn't have been enough to win, anyway.

I believe I am ready to unveil the latest Winter Eclectic champion but just want to make sure I have all of the cards from our stragglers. If you played this weekend and haven't submitted your card please do so as soon as possible.
