My tip for the week, Marcel Siem started with a birdie at the 10th but has taken a 6 at the par 3 12th to currently be +2 after 4

Peter Uihlein currently propping up the leaderboard on +7 after 6

Twitter has just mentioned that the par 3 12th I mentioned above is already 17 over par for the field!

Agree. It doesn't make sense especially when one has a pro-level caddie at their disposal. He must be playing numb since the 4th hole as he has 8 straight pars. I should have picked Eddie M. instead but where's he been for the past year?

LOL! I read that his ball was in an ice plant, and he tried to play it out instead of taking the sensible option of a drop.

Start of play delayed today because of very high winds and the possibility of electrical storms in the area. Update expected around 9:15 with no play certinly before 10am. Rumours abound in the twittersphere that there may be no play at all - fingers crossed that is wrong!

ET announced play will commence at 10am, hoping to complete round 2

Haven't heard that announcement yet Mav but I hope you're right. I'm still hearing that all they are saying is that there will be no play BEFORE 10am

Erm - update - make that 1 o'clock!

I'm sure most have noticed but Jamie Donaldson is -9 through 12 even though he 'only' parred the last 2 holes.
