mary... I was actually posting there for a while after leaving the other place.... They are pretty insular in that even when you are able to offer advice (and I am pretty good on shafts and other equipment as well as certain aspects of the swing) they would more often than not ignore you or tell you that you were talking nonsense.

Not for me... and that is besides the 'welcome to the madhouse' messages that greeted my joining. What on earth was that all about?!

Didn't last long.

Smithers... Did you tell them you were in essex. That might have done it.

I got one as well (sorry SJ) - I think I read it then deleted it.

Golf monthly does not have anything I want. That's not just golf monthly, but any magazines of that ilk. I only subscribed to Bunkered to get the free golf in Scotland offer.
