Solheim Cup 2015

Carin Koch has been named the captain of the European team in next year's Solheim Cup to be played at Golf Club St. Leon-Rot in Germany. Juli Inkster has already been named the captain of the USA team. Carin has a great individual record having won 11½ points out of a possible 16 with a 10-3-3 record, and was one of Lotte Neumann's vice-captains when they won on US soil for the first time last year. Looking good for Europe or don't we have a hope?

I'd say it's looking VERY good for Europe especially as they are on home soil this time. Carin Koch should be a great captain and with the likes of Charley Hull and Jody Ewart-Shardorf (sp?) getting stronger and stronger the Euros should be favourites

There certainly don't seem to be too many young American girls coming through - the LPGA is dominated by those from the Far East. I think you'll find it's Ewart-Shadoff by the way
