Playing the Pro-Am at Pebble Beach
Of all the ones playing this week, who would you most like to play with ?
Phil Mickleson, Dustin Johnson, John Daly, Lee or Paddy
or Wayne Gretzky, Ray Romano, Al Murray, Falco (Ravens QB), Tony Romo (Dallas QB) or even Hughie Lewis

The Pub Landlord's playing? Wouldn't have thought they knew who he was. As a pro I would think you would either want to play with someone that wouldn't hold you up or distract you, the lowest handicap, or someone that would keep you loose, but not too distracting, that would allow you to switch off between shots.

I would much prefer to play with one of the pro's and Lee would be my choice. I think he would be really good company plus I could give him a quick short game lesson which would help him win his first major

easy - John Daly and Al Murray (as long as he is the Pub Landlord and not some obscure american sports star)!

I'd go for big Phil - I'm sure he'd be really good at putting you at ease if you were nervous (which I would be!)

Is this an open invitation for a game in Essex, or are you just stopping off there on your way to Lynn 1GG?

As an am I would love to partner up with Lee, and as BC said earlier, give the kid a short game lesson. Lee's always good fun, even when he screws up and always looks like he enjoys it. If I was a pro however I think I'd like to pair up with Daniel Craig as it would be the hunkiest group on the course

My pick would be Lefty.
Maybe I can stand adjacent (mirror-image) to him & see what I'm doing wrong or right or left.
Also find out if he really is such a nice guy ?

Could also be that I look like the most gullible bloke in town I'm sure that some of the leading mortgage brokers were directing women in my direction to keep sales targets up.
