Bates Sacks Grayson

So the old robbing curmudgeon Bates has sacked Simon Grayson, as the transfer window closes, what a surprise. Grayson should have been sacked a month ago if the truth were known, but Bates has now made sure that a new manager won't be spending his cash. Grayson has had to fall on his sword because bates has made over £25m in transfers in the last 4 seasons, and spent only £2.5m, as all the best players are sold without replacements been anywhere near as good. The team have gradually gone backwards and survive on a menu of free transfers of has-been journeymen, loanees and old cart horses. Feel sorry for Grayson but he should have done himself a favour and walk away and then tell the fans and the world what he was having to deal with, so I've lost all respect for the bloke.

My once great club is a laughing stock and that old Chelseafuckwit is crippling us. 40,000+ gates are now down to less than 20,000 because the fans are sick to death of hearing billybeard tell us 'iff you want premiership football you'll have to pay premiership prices'. Well the fans have finally had enough and sick to death of paying the 5th highest ticket prices in UK football, to watch sunday league garbage. Ken Bates should be in prison for fraud, tax evasion at the very least, never mind being allowed to own a football club.

Doon a complete crock I'm afraid. This is what happened:

3 bids were on the table and on the final day for bids to be in, Forward Sports Fund, an offshore company with Ken Bates as shareholder, handed a letter to KPMG the administrators. In this letter they said that FSF were owed £17.6m which it seems the administrators had missed somehow. They also produced documentation showing how it had been missed. They then went on to say that as it was late in the day, they were willing to forget the £17.6m as long as their bid won and bates stays as chairman. Think about this. Firstly how can KPMG miss nearly £18m of debt. On top of that the 3 bids on the table were now all useless as they had not factored in this huge debt. Then ask yourself why any company would be willing to write off £18m to keep the club and have Bates as its figurehead. All wrong, very wrong and unbelievable, but KPMG fell for it and FSF won the deal.

Since administration if you scrutinise the published accounts, you'll see that not only have FSF had back the £18m, but a damn site more, which is totaly illegal because all the other creditors got 8p in the pound but FSF have had 150% return and are still milking it. Bates was in 2 court cases recently, one where he said he doesn't know who owns the club and another where he said he did own the club. Guardian newshound David Conn goes on the trail and then the FA get involved to find out who does own the club. It starts getting smelly and all of a sidden bates states that he's bought the club from FSF, a company that he set up along with 3 cronies who were involved in Chelsea and the way they filched Matthew Hardings money to build Chelsea harbour and then sell on, as well as shafting Abramovitch in the Chelsea deal. Patrick Murrin who was part of this deal was wanted by the FBI and City of London police because of fraud on a large scale, he turned states evidence in a deal with the FSA and now isn't able to be involved in financial management anymore, although he's still in volved in FSF and another couple of shell companies with Bates Krato being one of them.

There were bids on the table but they were all stiffed at the 12th hour and KPMG badly handled things and questions were raised in the house and in tyhe lords. Nothing happened to Flemming the administrator, even though he mishandled the whole affair and wasted a lot of money and time put in by the 3 bidders.

I think most Leeds fans would love to have Warnock and Warnock would love to have the job, BUT ..... he's no shrinking violet and him and Bates won't work. Plus the fact you have to factor in that any potential manager of quality, will know he has no cash and the window is closed. Will his new squad be sufficient to get to the play-offs. If not the jobs not worth having, and he'll know he gets no cash next season too. The only place money goes is into affshore accounts.

I hope we do get a manager of note, but can't see anyone decent wanting to work with no cash and an owner who's a maniac fraudster. No it'll probably be someone out of work who's done nothing, but works cheap and kisses arse
