In case you haven't seen the news this morning, you may be unaware of the death of the greatest golfer that has ever lived. This man reported had more holes in one and course records than any other player in the history of the game. Reputedly, he once had 18 consecutive aces in the same round, breaking his own course record by 2 shots!

Today the world of golf has lost Kim Jong Il.

You beat me to it, D4S. A sad day indeed. How on earth do you suppose his son is going to beat that course record of 18?

SJ

I guess there is always the chance that if his son was to play a course with back to back par 3's, he could hit his tee shot and pitch it straight into the hole and maybe bounce out and then into the hole on the next par 3?

But that would really require quite a bit of luck so I think the record of 18 is unlikely to be beaten Laughing

Sad news indeed. He made the world a better place purely by virtue of the singing voice he demonstrated in Team America.

It has also been said that as a result of his illness Kim Yong Il has gone to a better place... south korea.

Love that part in Team America and the glasses seem to have a life of their own. *sob* He was my inspiration and mentor, can't say any more 'cos I'm filling up here. Embarassed

I can just see it now, Finchem and O'Grady arguing over which Tour is going to sanction the inaugural "Kim Jong Il The Open Masters North Korean Supreme Championship" at the Pyongyang Golf Course.

Wonder if it's not to late to enter this one:

He certainly wanted to live life with a 'blast' primarily by launching ICBMs into countries he didn't like......

No chance of Monty entering, as not making the cut has its own problems Innocent

I just read that there was some propaganda posted about Kim Yong Il whereby it was stated that he did not have to go to the crapper and that he invented the hamburger.

That's just funny.
